Cold Meals is the no-stove set — bowls, sandwiches and cold plates, organised by structure rather than by cuisine. It carries the grain table (ratios, times and how each grain behaves after two days in the fridge), the cold-food safety rules, and the dressing ratios, because cold service is the one case where seasoning and timing work differently.
