Teams by state
Per-state team rosters are planned and not yet written. The intended set is one page per state, all fifty, from Alabama through Wyoming, each listing the professional, affiliated, and independent clubs based there. Nothing links to them yet because none of them exist — this page records the shape so the set can be built in one pass rather than piecemeal.
