Fifty volumes, edited by Max Müller and published by Oxford between 1879 and 1910: the first attempt to put the scriptures of Asia into English in one series. It is the single most useful public-domain resource in this whole library, and Wikisource has transcribed it. Individual volumes are listed on the tradition shelves; this page is the series index.
